Return Policy
PARTSWICH INC offer 30 days with hassle free return policy on all of our products and comes with 12-month Manufacture warranty. (“No returns will be accepted” if any item exits 30 days from the day of receiving item)
Claims must be filed within 30 days starting from the delivered date of purchase. After the 30-days of purchase, no claims can be filed.
Please keep the original packaging, if anything is wrong with the items, we only accept returns with the original packaging.
If the product is incorrect or has a defect upon arrival, please contact us immediately with a clear picture. We can assist you in returning the product and sending you a new one.
If the package is lost in transit, a replacement or a refund will only be issued after a lost claim has been approved by the shipping company.
Merchandise ordered in an error or no longer needed by the buyer. The buyer will need to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
